Yes, that's my recipe for avoiding chop (because I'm not a narrow range scalper); I often wait for a true breakout and enter on the 1-min continuation setup. This was an especially inviting setup because there was a HOD not far away itching to be tested and then the daily measured move target of 106.62.
There was really no reason not to buy 105.90 or 105.96, early 1-min and 5-min entries off the lower trend line, but I forgot to take my TWT meds today
