Attention all traders, please be aware that Element Trading, and it's owner, Charlie Vaccaro are to be avoided. I and other traders have been trying to get our money returned for 7 weeks now. They DO NOT answer the phone, they DO NOT reply to emails or texts. My experience with them has been a horrible ordeal, and currently I and other traders are out a lot of money. Please, just don't take my word for it, Google Vaccaro, followed by the word scam.....and see for yourself.
Hopefully justice will be served very soon....if you too have been scammed by this horrible company, please contact the Fraud Division of the District Atty. 212-335-8900....ask for Michelle. Or if you'd rather, contact the SEC, ask for Michael Horowitz @ 202-551-4790. You can also contact FINRA at 240-386-5536, and ask for Brian.

charlie told me all about your screwups premarket. how in the hell do you blow half of your equity premarket on ONE trade?! So you chased away his biggest investor for BP. and now, I am out of a job.
Good going asshole. I always told him the deposit game is for losers. you guys claim to know what you are doing and dont feel like you have to prove anything by sending reports. All of you are liars, gamblers, and the reason we have Reg T margin rules. and I knew it, you were throwing up real wood at his firm, you could of went to a BD and traded retail for a decent sum even at 4x douchebag. and charlie says,"well, if I waited around for guys like you to call me and send me reports I would make no money". So Im like, ok so you take this guy on, and at our rates you make what, 20, 40 bucks maybe a day from this clown? one of my traders that I have trained can do 5-15k just in commissions in a month. and easily triple that net.
So now his investor pulls out, takes his fees of 18% of a serious sum with him, data charges and other fees on over 250 accts and pop. and I hate to tell the older guy in the biz with all of this experience I told you so.
and now this escapade, i knew something was real fishy about this situation. think about your kids, your wife, your family, when you make investment decisions. Dont you have any respect for them? any for yourself? what are you going to say now? you knew what you were doing and it couldve went the other way just as easy and you could been up 12k right? it was the algo, the HFT scum that got you right? jerkoff!! go back to sales, investment management/trading is not for you. Trading and Jimmy Beam just doesnt go together.

Or, you could short his stock, and make some money back doing it:
