LOL...call my buddies. Yeah, I got on the horn and called up all the people around here who think you're a nut. I told them about this thread and asked them to come give their opinions on your lunatic post.
No, just trying to make you understand that if you're the only one in the room saying the sky is purple, and everyone else thinks you're a jackwagon, you probably are.

Then I guess you suck at geography, or lying or both.

There was one night like that, 25 years ago, Orlando, on the beach. Our ship was in port, we were on our way to a Med cruise the following day. We weren't getting liberty again for three weeks, so some of us cut loose pretty good. Earlier that night I had picked up a waitress at her shift end, and boinked her in a local pond. Warm water in Florida; didn't think about gators until years later. Ahh, memory. : )

Gun crime has plunged, but Americans think it's up, says study
http://www.latimes.com/news/nation/...0,3022693.story
The number of gun killings dropped 39% between 1993 and 2011, the Bureau of Justice Statistics reported in a separate report released Wednesday. Gun crimes that werent fatal fell by 69%.
Despite the remarkable drop in gun crime, only 12% of Americans surveyed said gun crime had declined compared with two decades ago, according to Pew, which surveyed more than 900 adults this spring. Twenty-six percent said it had stayed the same, and 56% thought it had increased.
