Hi,
I just finished implementing a long term trading algo that is moderately succesful. Now I'd like to shift my focus toward intraday trading. In terms of algo functions I have what I need to collect data and run calculations. So my question what works and what doesn't?
What Sampling rates work?
What indicators are useful?
What times of the day should be avoided?
What should be the algos reaction to events like earnings (trade or avoid)?

What works:
Riding profits , relative strength , trading plans

What does not:
emotions,greed, averaging down , no trading plan
