I was lucky enough in a prior career to have a coach for a couple years (she was doing about 1/2 sports coaching, 1/2 business coaching, and on the sports side she had been coaching at least one very famous tennis champion). One of the key things I learned from her was to stop comparing myself to others, and focus my performance comparisons on myself (present perf. vs past perf. & target perf., performance improvement plans, etc.).
Knowing what the top traders make won't help you the least.
It is not what is possible for others that matter, but purely & simply what is possible for you to achieve. And this, you won't know unless you give it the best of yourself - for many years.
