I'll check my slots, power, etc. on my email box at the office. We do some high end graphics on that and the onboard gpu is slow.

1, x16 slot... not double-wide. Single wide.
Your PSU needs one standard 6-pin PCIE supplemental power connector, as should be found on any modern PSU of 350W, or more... however if yours doesn't have one, you can use a Molex/SATA-to-6-pin converter.
