well if they don't act this month on qe3
the bears will rip this market a new one

lol they said the same thing the last 5 times the market has run up on Bernanke talks, and the last time Draghi said he would do whatever it takes then followed it up with doing nothing...

most PC processors sit idle or at best 10% cpu.

Most people just use PCs for surfing/email/wordprocessing.

So no incentive to upgrade.

Agree, I remember back in the day upgrading a computer was something that needed to be done just to run small programs, today with everyone using the internet and email there is no really incentive to upgrade, most now are viewing their email and news on smartphones and tablets, last laptop I bought was nearly 3 years ago and I have absolutely no reason to purchase a new one anytime soon.
