lulz... I was often wondering how many trading desks and "startups" used hackers to get code for successful systems. Since it's "not a crime" why don't we all do it?

Noone really said it is not a crime - it is just not the crime they accused him of. Major fuckup - I hope that has consequences for both the attorney general as well as the judge. Abuse of the legal system as far as it gets. Seems both should posssibly be investigated for dementia?

Still there were regulations broken. But please you have to put people on trial for things according to the word of law, not a screwed interpretation.
