Not to mention if you are a visible minority, middle class or lower on the socioeconomic scale, anything other than christian...the list goes on.

Well that is point of my GOP is Just Plain Stupid, thread a few months back.
Who, outside of over 40 white males and their brainwashed women and children are going to vote for Mittens? He has managed to burn every other bridge.
Reagan would be ashamed.

What you mean is most blacks want to be economic leeches and at the drop of a hat vote for anybody that promises to give them some booty stolen from another productive taxpayer (regardless of race).
In the long run this has been quite devastating to the black community as a whole so I'm not sure about your" not vote(ing) against their self interests" mantra.
Thankfully more and more competent blacks are realizing the shenanigans that the pols and race hustlers have been doing to destroy prosperity for the black community and the nation as a whole.
communism/socialism talks a good game but all it delivers is poverty and social ills.
