My statement had a new category and curious what it means. I assume they are closed today as I can't get ahold of anyone via chat or phone, which is why I am trying a post here. I'll call again Monday if need be.
The category is "Futures Price Adjustment" it shows the date, and a time of 17:15:00 , then description, which says "Original trade VM for 2012-04-05 (CL May 12), Under amount it shows "-180"
Line 2 has the same info, except the amount which is "210".
The total is 30.00, which was the profit on the one CL trade I made yesterday.
Haven't run into this before, and have traded CL before. Also not sure why the time shows 17:15. I assume that is central time, or even eastern, but this a trade taken during normal market hours.
Thanks to any IB people or anyone else with an idea what this is, or means.
