I don't think I have heard of anything written in Pascal for at least the last 15 years.

IIRC, NeoTicker (from TickQuest) scripting language is Pascal or Delphi. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

NeoTicker seems to be a quality product and TickQuest also seems to be a pretty reputable company.

Pascal is just a fad. Abacus and sun dial are my preferred tools for trading!
