I can't relate to your experiences in Brazil, because my family and friends are part of the elite.
But we are aware that there are ghettos in Brazil like the one that you experienced on your visit to Brazil.

probably living in NJ cause his "elite" family too afraid for their only a child to be in brazil..i see that a lot with russian's..once they reach certain level of wealth-they move their family to US..yeah..everyone hate US,cursing and talking shit about country,but when "elite" from all of those shit holes countries got some money-they move their families here..cause it's fucking safe..
I'll take the USA everyday. If you spend time working at this business it is pretty easy to find US companies to profit from everyday, month, and year. Rogers can go take his cycle tour of China, South America, etc. Not saying he isn't smart, but I still don't see a country I'd rather live in than the US. He can have China, his last promo country, and he can sure as hell have any country in South America. I may buy retirement property in S. America at some point, but I'd rather stay here and live the good life of freedom.

Based on your set of conditions then there's only very few countries that come to mind: Singapore, Switzerland, the Scandinavian countries and "That's All Folks"...........
Maybe we all should move to Singapore or Sweden..........to be safe....
