Yo piggy bank the SEC cannot do anything about anyone who is not licensed and VCM or his deal is a private equity fund.....It is the state attorney general who needs to put him out of business....The trouble is there are plenty of people still drinking the Koolaid and raising the flag.....and I only care about the person who asked about the seven day deal...Learning from my mistakes is cheaper than making your own.....

All these pages, websites, full of accurate warnings about everything, and yet,
Years later, people are still drinking the koolaid. Sad but true.

You are sooooo right about what you said about Oliver Velez and VCM, and the other 36 firms it split into. I must say, dollar for dollar, This guy Velez has got to be worse than Bernie Madoff. At least Madoff paid people monthly for years. I gave this guy over 10k and boy did he clean my clock. "You are my little baby traders" he told all of us in the chat room one day. Made like he was a father figure and wanted us to avoid all the pain he went thru. Yeah,right.

What i cant believe is how Oliver Velez and whomever his partners really are....are not in prison. The scam was on the Internet. You cant cover that up. People take snapshots...yuh think!? I actually gave up my job to sit in his Ft Lauderdale office and trade. I hope this guy winds up in prison. He hurt a lot of people as did his secret partners whomever they are. By the way, do you know if anyone at all made any money with him. Besides the moderators.....even 1 person!!!!!!? I told about 200 people in the chat room in around 2009 that he was going to fold as changing the name of your company is never ever a good sign. They published my comment and no one wanted to join me in a lawsuit both before or afterwards. And I will be damned if I go and win a court case and the other cheap 1200 members wouldnt put up a dime with me for a lawyer. I guess 10-12k is not a big deal to some people anymore. I only joined him because I met a guy whose close friend claimed to me he was with Velez for years and makes a living trading thru his chat room. The guy dropped dead 5 months later and 3 months after that they are out of business. Now I wonder if the guy really died.

Pass the word along to those in South American. It's all you can do. Many at this site gave warnings to many that read them here and still gave their money and lost. Now they can try to help others.

Especially if you speak Spanish and know of sites in Latin American to post at.
