I am following IWM which is Russel 2000 index and TZA which 3X bear IWM. I see IWM overbought at 84.25 and to take advantage of this pullback I recommend buying TZA at 14.74 range. A reasonable TZA short term target is $17

Not really but you have a valid point. IWM is more volaitile than SPY.
