So, yeah, sure, more guns in the hands of ordinary citizens, with even LESS training, will make everyone safer.

There's a Star Bucks every half block. Those cops were probably od-ing on coffee and couldn't keep a steady aim. Add in some galzed donuts and its a wonder half the city wasn't shot up!
