Tell us more about your trading model. Does it speak FIX? Does it rely on rebates for profitability, or require colocation?

Just to be clear, you need less than 40 cents per thousand, execution and clearing, not including +/- exhange and SEC fees, right? Do you require backing as well, or will you post your own capital?
