Every Empire in history that I can think of suffered from collapse internally and on it's over extended borders. Therefore a good enough reason to OPTIMISE one's position on the planet rather than over extending influence/power or it will collapse all the quicker.If Hillary and co could just get that simple fact understood then the USA & the West would last a lot longer.

No need hopefully to dig out survival shelters in the mountains. Let the BRIC countries compete, the winners are the customers.

General Motors and others have been through this painful patch recently, so it is possible as long as the rich don't over burden the poor imho.

Don't try to understand the reason behind the upside, just go with it until price turns as price can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

Please, please TAKE DOWN THIS CHART...

We cannot let other traders see the holy grail!!!!

Of course, a recession doesn't exactly mean sell SPY now......or ever. but maybe sell the non-farm number? oh, can't do that...

anyhow, this chart was actually done by researchers funded by Romney......or was it??

This is like fundamental technical analysis, and there is no way those lines can start going back up!!!! No way!!!!
