Since you have an IB account, why not log on to their online customer support chat and ask them directly?

Edit: Actually, the IB rep doesn't say one trade/mth will rebate the $75 fee. I trade the TF and don't get charge the $75. I trade the TF every month.

You need to sign up for ice data exchange. I trade tf every week at ib.

You could maybe enter orders online for free.

Is IB still offering TF?

I don't have an account there, and I can't find any info on TF - not listed as a product, not listed for margin requirements. They only show currency stuff for ICE.
