how about this solution-

http://www.marketcalls.in/amibroker/...data-feed.html

or something that can use yahoo data(either free or subscription)
today it would be cheapest option. also-look into quotetracker feeds. maybe you can use them with quotetracker.

Hi EvoTrader

Regarding Googe finance do you have a link to there real time data or how to get it?

For example I'm looking at their link to Dow Jones Average now (the market is currently open) and it is definitely not real time date. It appears to be 15 minute delayed.

http://www.google.com/finance?cid=983582#

Thanks

That link is real-time for me. Try SPY or DIA if the indexes aren't real-time.

Re Google Finance OK maybe it is however it's not streaming so I have constantly hit refresh. thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Bob111 thanks for the suggestion about yahoo finance I ended up going with them for about $13/month I am getting the Dow, Nasdaq and S&P indexes all streaming real time in their GUI which is what I wanted

nkhoi thanks for that link it also looks good and might be even cheaper that Yahoo.

This forum has been great with really quick suggestions, hope I can return the favout sometime
