Adding liquidity trough ROUC

Does the route works fine adding liquidity to EDGX book? or the liq is taken by the other venues (NYSE, NSDQBX) in most cases??

nobody adding liquidity trough EDGA??? Common, it does pay 0,0027 if posted to EDGX (more than the EDGX rebate)......
