Joe and Baron...can you please ban this prick. He just gave his mission statement on ET. He can't be any more blatant then this. I'm sure this must violate enough ET policies.

He sounds like the reincarnation of StockTrad3r. Why do you want him banned? His nonsense doesn't bother myself and some others. There are maybe three usernames on this site capable of starting a thread riot, and he is one . Harmless. And by the way, there was some good discussion that came out of that thread.

Normally I would agree with you. This is the first time I have ever suggested anyone to be banned. If he were posting in chit chat, no worries, but he starts thread after thread after thread of nonsense under the trading thread on the front page with the stated intent of trolling. He is actually stating that is his purpose. To clog up the site with crap. I can't see how Baron would let this guy ruin his site like that. If it were once every blue moon, it would be harmless but this guy starts the same new thread every freaking weak. It's relentless.

He'll be back, just like he was the last 100 or so times. He was Port1385 and countless other names. And since you won't ban his IP (because he uses an anon proxy that many other users also use) banning him is absolutely pointless (even if warranted).

Interesting. I had him on ignore, and sometimes I'd notice no threads were visible in the Trading forum, which would mean the first five were started by people I had on ignore.
I suppose that was him, and maybe deadbroke, if he's still around. Also fly down, if he hasn't been banned yet.

I was going to say where, but stopped. All that would do is invite trouble.

I think banning RDT is a good thing. He, and participants like him, really has no real contribution to the discussions of trading topics but continuously posts provocative threads - and as he said - for the sole purpose of upsetting others to amuse himself.

But also like he said, he would probably find another coffee house and sign on via many other aliases. Though we can probably spot him quickly if he continues his posting behavior.

What he doesn't realize is that his stupidity is so apparent in the body of his posts that he might as well be holding up a neon sign over his head broadcasting his identity. He can clear the cookies off his computer, but not the one stamped on his forehead.

Baron I'm sure you have some sort alias rehabilitation program you let guys get on to come back as other aliases, you know to give them a second chance. But this guy is doing it again man. Starting market top threads just to troll. He'll start a new one everyday. It wouldn't be so annoying if it didn't show up on the front page.

Apply Ron White's "You can't fix stupid" to your own ET. And while you're at it, add some salt = your own stated premise, I've been doing this for 12 years and know what works" and some pepper = the most credible moderator's divine affidavit, "The reasoning why I resigned was a hodge-podge of different things, but in essence, I believe the owners of this site prefer quantity to quality. And that's ok, it's their site to run as they wish. But it's a waste of time to try to improve (which was what I always endeavored to do).
