with all respect due, I disagree. Our response time is up to 24 hours. You get immediate response to each contact and get ticket number assigned. If you don't get the response, it may mean that our answer was filtered out by your ISP spam filter.
afl and backtester have a major design flaw. It allows looking into the future data in making a decision. It happens in many places that coders or users can not easily detect. It is very misleading and wastes a lot of time and resources. This should be disallowed by default.
This software has the right capabilities....What would be helpful would be to have a home base computer processing facility that would offer far more computing capability than the typical PC. One would use the PC to access the facility while one queries what one wishes....This software is going in the right direction....
