I've used this due to my need for a simple low-cost software package for order entry.
While it is lower cost than many platforms, the lack of reliability in the level II data makes the package not worthwhile. In a fast market the data simply cannot keep up, and if not restarted frequently there are crosses in the data that simply never update. While tech support (India) is friendly and helpful they are unable to reverse these problems.
I'd avoid this product. |

Mismatch in level 1 & level2 data.
Suppose the stock is at its day high 20.15 and i hit the offer to buy, many time in my execution ticket it shows i got a fill at 20.51 but the day high is still 20.50. HOW THE F**K can that happen??? |
