During his speech at the Paris climate change summit, Obama blamed America for contributing to the problem of climate change and vowed to do more to prevent it. “I’ve come here personally, as the leader of the world’s largest economy and the second-largest emitter, to say that the United States of America not only recognizes our role in creating this problem, we embrace our responsibility to do something about it,” he said.

I am sure he will nuance his support. that is what these carbon limits are all about. the bankers will run the exchanges and the access to the credits will go to those who the cronies support and those who can pay extreme money for them. this is exactly the scenario... did you see the documentary about how the water resources around the world are being bought up by the crony families... including the bushes. I think these guys know that the earth can't sustain the population explosion and this is the way they are going to divide up the resources. They are not interested in competition.. .they want control.
