This dude hasn't taken a snap in a real game yet and this guy is plastered everywhere. For the last 3 months every time I go to a sports site it has some bozo claiming this RGIII is greatest thing to ever grace the earth with his presence. Not only that, he is out there doing TV commercials. Dude, you haven't done anything, what are you doing in TV commercials. This guy wasn't even the number 1 draft pick. Not only that, he was not even the first quarterback taken in the draft. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this guy doesnt live up to the hype.
Looks pretty dangerous to me. Many people think after what Cam did in his rookie season, RG3 will shine similarly. For a rocket for an arm and crazy legs to boot. Could be the real deal.
The same was said about Michael Vick and he has less playoff wins than Mark Sanchez. Also, recent Big 12 QB's have have been terrible in the nfl. They run spread offenses in college and put up crazy numbers. But that doesn't translate to the nfl. I hope he does well because he seems like a polite kid with a good upbringing.
Go to any sports site and you are bound to see a glowing review of him. It will most likely be the featured article. The guy hasn't played a down in the NFL and I have already seen several commercials with him.
I am not saying the guy will be a complete bust, but come on, he wasn't even the top quarterback in the draft. How about giving the top pick in the draft a little buzz? Besides, how many of these 'mobile' quarterbacks have won a Superbowl? This recipe has been tried over and over again. Maybe you get some nice highlights, but it does not seem to lead to championships.
