Where to get historical data for USDX (US $ index)?

 

attached is ascii text file of 'continuous' current futures contract starts 1/31/86
date formatted for metastock, OHLCV recent V is 0
i update manually on tue and fri via: http://www2.barchart.com/mktcom.asp

That's really great. Looks you have continuous data of various futures contract. Right? How can I get daily data for them?

Also, do you have VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) for big-cap stocks?
