There £80 GBP in the UK I see for a 256gb, in the UK if it costs $70 in the US it'll cost £70 here ( we get ripped off ), so £10 isn't much of a saving.

Would like a bigger 2nd 1, 512gb may soon, get rid of old slow spinners completely and replace the 1 in my laptop aswell.

  3. We get some "budget" model SSDs for lower prices, but the article inferred that the entire market of 256's may cluster around $70. (I recall paying about $225 for 80GBs a few years back.)

I paid £80 UK, so $80 for a 240gb, not the fastest kinda 1 tech level down at the time.

Guess budget older tech's will drop to £50 area for a 240.

Need / want a new PC build soon, so cool :)

I would say that is even much more big anyway I would say, I can buy something like 256GB for some reliable SSD for like I am not sure, maybe $20-$25 today, okay it's maybe from the cheapest options, but still, let it be $30.
