Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid won't seek re-election

I'm not a fan of Reid, but I'm not so sure it is such great news if, shudder, the democrats took the senate again. Chuckie Schumer is far more of a leftwing thug than Reid. Reid actually supported gun rights and for a long time had a top ranking from the NRA. Schumer is one of the premier gun confiscation zealots in the senate., right up there with the California nutcases Feinstein and Boxer.

In fairness to Diane Feinstein, she is not totally for gun confiscation. She thinks rich and privileged liberal elites like her and her husband should be able to pack heat. She just doesn't want you Walmart people being able to do so.
