    Hello,

is it possible that when a limit order gets filled on IB book trader it automatically generates a profit taking order, but without generating a stop order ? Basically a "bracket" with just one leg...
And is it possible to make bracket orders my default order type in the book trader, so I dont have to press ALT+left mouse every time I want to place it ?

    Thank you :)

when you use book trader you can put a bracket order in easily by right clicking.
so say you are putting in a buy just rightclick and place the limit order. At the same time a stop and limit sell will bracket the order.
Open the chart and you will see all three orders on the chart. You can then easily move them around on the chart itself

Yes, I tried this now, it is easy to reconfigure the hotkeys for that.

And regarding the bracket orders, is it possible to create "brackets" without a stop, only a target order ?
