Hello, We currently use IB and trade through their API using our own proprietary program. Unfortunately, as we have found out to our dismay, IB uses their own conservative formula to cap the limit price on equity orders. This has left us with many unfilled orders and lost dollars. We are actively looking for other brokers who offer an API platform for trading equities and who do not have a price cap (or at least one that is not so restrictive). Is anyone aware of such brokers? Any suggestions appreciated.
