No Liquidity in ES Today!

Take a look at the book, I can't believe I'm watching ES.

To all the old timers was it in a similar state in 2008 ?

 

Yes, looks that way but it's also before market is open. No liquid baskets to do yet.

 

Where are all the HFT that is supposed to "provide liquidity" ?

So I guess this it guys, moment like this will make a trader's year.

You can see my rather impulsive trades in the ES journal thread.

I stopped posting after being called an uncle tom by the natives there.

 

futures are too volatile. No HFT will show large bids and offers in this market.
