My advice is take your money and spend it in an education or invest in yourself. You have no idea what you getting into, and no stranger is going to hold you by the hand, become a mentor and teach you magic for free.

Sorry for delivering the sad truth.

  3. True to some degree, all the traders out there had to start from somewhere and thanks for your post I will definitely invest in education. If there is anyone willing to show me magic I will work for them for free for 2 years obviously how much money I can make them will depend on how good their magic is.

If you're interested in day trading forex, study and master the concepts in Bob Volman's book:

Forex Price Action Scalping: an in-depth look into the field of professional scalping

In fact, he has another book out (which I haven't read yet):

Understanding Price Action: practical analysis of the 5-minute time frame

I have not read either book, but you really think a 30 dollar book is going to teach someone how to trade one of the most competitive markets of the modern world?

If this was true, the book would be flooded with reviews from people whose financial status and lives were significantly improved, don't you think?

  7. @Autodidact Please share with us what might be helpful

It might be a 30 dollar book but I'm gona learn a lot from it. That I'm sure of its a starting point right now I wana accumulate as much knowledge as I can. And can we keep the thread positive and constructive.

Did not mean to sound negative or destructive, just realistic.

Your person to follow would be NoDoji, best wishes in your journey.

  9. Don't put the cart before the horse. Go and get a copy of 'Trading and Exchanges: Market Microstructure for Practitioners' by Larry Harris.
