    Hi all,

I'm looking for historical data for US commodity futures (1-min bars), can anyone recommend any good, affordable data service provider here?

    Cheers

  5. I don't believe quandl has anything except EOD.
    What about ActiveTick ?

Again, I need minute data, not EOD data...

  7. We use both BarChartonDemand.com and QuantGo.com for intraday data. BarCharts has good data and has been doing futures for a long time but it gets expensive for larger amounts of data. Recently we have been using QuantGo.com more as we can rent unlimited access to 6+ years of full tick (both trades and quotes) for US Futures for $275 per month...but we have to run our computer in the cloud.

I've used idisk which seems to be decent data( http://disktrading.is99.com/disktrading/ ). I've compared it to various historical intraday tick charts or time charts posted many years ago and they seem to line up perfectly.

I have used some of the free services and the intraday data was terrible. Literally missing days, I spent many months of wasted time not realizing how terrible the free intraday data was.
