ForexPeace Army is being investigated based criminal charges by Los Angeles prosecutors and the owner - one Dmitri Chavkerov - by several involved parties for:

- RACKETEERING
- FORMING OF A CRIMINAL ORGANISATIOn
- DEFAMATION
- VIOLATION OF RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS ACT (RICO ACT)
- MONEY LAUNDERING

haha this bs about investigation thing in my opinion is just part of a wide scale spam thats going on, here is an interesting thread that might shed some light, this is way back from february of this year i guess have a look.

anyway i did not look into deep and i think forexpeacearmy is forexpeacearmy and its natural that the guys up there might gain some enemies along the way. but i really like them
