I imagine this is a rare opportunity to see a market in action at its infancy.
Borsa Italiana launched durum wheat futures contracts 2 or 3 years, while CME group was launching Black Sea wheat as well as palmoil contracts futures, and Euronext LIFFE was launching milk powder contracts. Euronext LIFFE launched rapemeal and rapeoil futures contracts late last year .... just to cite few, and sticking to ags ...
