I am no longer able to watch Bloomberg Live TV and their videos on my Windows 10 workstation. It just plays the Bloomberg teaser for lets say 2 seconds and then it goes black. Same behavior with the Edge browser and Firefox.

It worked fine until about a week ago and actually it still works on my old Macbook.

No problem with CNN, YouTube and other sites. I can't find a solution. It drives me crazy.

    Any suggestions?

Windows 10 is great, best OS ever. I am currently moving everything from OSX and iOS back to the Microsoft universe.

I agree, win 10 is a great OS, however, I have experienced some conflicts and non compatibility issues which has caused me to revert many of my systems back to win 7 pro...

Media only systems are win 10, surface 3/4's win 10...

If conflicts arise reverting back to win7 pro is the most logical recourse.

As a side thought, another cause for many browser based issues can also stem from the constant battle with MS, google, iOS, silverlight, java wars... I have many applications which no longer run in Chrome. They don't even run in edge, IE only...

I have some legacy programs that I run (non trading related) which only work in IE as well due to the active X component...

So I stand by my first comment, easiest solution more often than not is just revert back to win 7 pro until the bugs are resolved.... Why be a guinea pig? You can't roll back auto updates is a huge obstacle... even win10 pro only lets you divert updates for a week or so...

Then again an even easier solution would be to not watch Bloomberg and CNBC at all .... lol

    Problem solved!

I reinstalled Adobe Flash. While I still have a black screen in Edge, at least it now works in Firefox...

  7. Have you tried to contact Bloomberg and ask them what is really going on there for example or not ? How do you really see that case for example ? I simply couldn't understand if it works on MAC, then something with other. Oh...I see Flash, you should check that as first, but... you should know that it will auto install anyway.
