What I don't understand is, everyone knows these banks, investment or otherwise, that continuously disrespect the American people. Why don't people vote with their feet and put their money elsewhere?

I bank with PNC. No bank is perfect, but what crime has PNC commited compared to Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JP Morgan, RBS, HSBC, ad-infinitum?

You bank with those criminal banks, you condone what they do.

 

and some of us actually own those banks

While this stuff is likely true-- violations of made up laws and pennyante politicians trying to make a name for themselves--- Worrying about it is just stupid-- The best thing to do is to get wealthy yourself.
