I haven't mentioned god yet. I have only used the words faith and knowledge and/or reality. I said faith is what makes man. Man seems to make things beyond himself. That may require science. But science is the study of what's reliable within the domain of faith-made phenomena. Man has to believe in the reliable phenomena to make things like iphones. What a coincidence! Man believes in the reliable phenomena, and also the originating faith mechanism believes in the reliable phenomena. Thus, the motives of man and man's maker are similar, if not the same, rooted in faith. But the minute faith is removed, the reliable phenomena un-manifests, and disappears.
So to put it bluntly, if i said the entire world was made of wood and you tried to prove otherwise by hitting me over the head with a wooden bat, you prove nothing...and lend evidence to what i just said.
Like i said, i have not mentioned god. You can't see faith, but faith is what produces all physical phenomena, what can be seen as well as the eyes that seem to see it. Before the iphone, you could not see it. Someone believed in it. Now you see it.
.....go Michio Kaku!!!! "the best minds in science." ... oops "the best minds in science." sucks... If you ever doubted you were being idiotic Jem, now is the time to embrace the fact.
oh look jimmy the sock puppet is cheering stu on... again. does that make him tweedle dum or dee? stu rulez with straw men. science vs political opinion. In one area Kaku was or is an expert... he was a co-founder of string theory... which is interesting because stu argues for a theory of everything and Kaku has stated he hoped or hopes string Theory is a of Everything. (recent experiments at CERN are apparently making string theory appear less and less like to be a Theory of Everything.) In an apparent change of direction Stu brought up Kaku on global warming. Kaku cited the IPCC and said they speak of alarming climate change. We have analyzed the IPCC papers here and we know that if you read their footnotes... theur warnings coming from projections from scenarios which assume that co2 causes warming. That is not science. As I have said there is no science showing man made co2 causes warming. If Stu would post links to real science he might use he brain power to make a valid point once in a while.
yeah ok Jem calm down. You've already made your silly nonsensical point perfectly clear. Michio Kaku is only going to be a "great minds of science" when you say he is. He's not your "great minds of science"regarding AGW, because you say there isn't any science. He is your "great minds of science" regarding God, because there actually isn't any science. brilliant
when you have the science, argue the science when you have facts argue the facts.. when you are a troll you make a lot of noise and change the subject after you get caught spewing detritus.
