Apple's huge run is nearly over. It might have one good product left. It has no great products left. Everything I see are incremental improvements on old products. The iWatch is neat, but not must have. AAPL stock price in two years? $50. All the money in the world is not worth one visionary that changes the world. AAPL used to TELL people what they wanted. Now they listen to what they want. BOoooorrrring. Here is a product I would buy in a split second. The iQuiet. What would it do? It would turn off all the noise around me FOR ME. From radios in coffee shops, or gas stations, to people talking on cell phones, televisions in restaurants, any noise deemed disturbing. Peace and quiet is becoming a prized commodity. Or I would buy the iMicroHouse. It is would be one of those tiny houses of about 200 sq feet. But apple would do it right. At least the old Apple with Steve Jobs would. Or, iNoCords. Self explanatory. The iDogLeash. Use your imagination. The iBackPack. A backpack made of Solar panels so that students are constantly charging iMacs iPhones etc while going from class to class or just studying outside. When inside, they would use the iNoCords. The iDressBelt. You lose belly fat while wearing it. The iBrainBoost. A drink that raises IQ by 50 points for five hours. We would give it away free before elections, and global warming debates. The iExercise. You would get the same benefits from it as you do from running half an hour a day. All while sitting down in your cubicle. Of course, the appliance to end all appliances, The iRobot. Ex-Machina.
How come tablets can't make phone calls? I'd rather have one thing that did everything rather than lug around all the other pieces. I wouldn't be surprised if FB was worth more than AAPL in say, 10 years from now. I think Zuck is going to build a virtual world whereas the appliance maker is going to, at some point, run out of new gimmicks.
Tablets can make phone calls...I have done it with mine...just have to download the application and within that app you are given a phone number to use....worked well when I made international calls...my cell phone provider wanted some crazy price per minute..I said forget that ...downloaded the application in my tablet did it for free...
Nitro, i remember seeing your posts way back in the day and they were mostly about trading and trading technology. What happened.
iI The iI would allow you to change who you are for a month. So if you wanted to know what it was like to be a different race, you could. Or a different religion. Notice that this encompasses iHair, since iI you could change anything about you. Skin color, etc.
