You're then obviously comparing the quotes from esignal with another source to notice that the data is delayed. What's that other source ? I recommend you do a video recording (many free ones on the internet) of eSignal side by side with that other source that's not delayed and send it to their tech support. If they don't believe you or give you unsatisfactory help...post it on Youtube to show the delays.
I just checked quotes from eSignal vs Fidelity's ATP... there doesn't seem to be a 3-4 second delay. Either "both are delayed so that I can't see it", or perhaps your issue is specific to your source and not systemic. ??
What about the loading of charts on esignal v12 It takes considerable amount of time for the charts to load; possibly in the range of 2, 3 to even 5secs Anyone else experiencing that or is that the norm with this version of the product?
