This is not a joke, but he offered 10 million bucks for Kanye's latest album... I didn't even think he had the money....

Now Martin says, the record company's board of directors is supposed to review the offer, so that could delay the release of the album, but Kanye has a concert tonight, so the decision has to be made quickly...

  3. Depends on how the BK goes. They need to issue a lot more shares to dilute Shkreli down to 20% where the seller is comfortable (or buy him out), either of which won't come cheap to current shareholders. The price is the question.

Yeah, the fact they're getting a cash infusion by 3rd party hedges is different also, not just creditors wanting pennies on dollar in bk but is still reorganization.

  5. GOOD point. Allow me to retract my last comment and update the thread with my current thoughts on the matter... I wanted to like Martin. I viewed some of his live streams and I thought they were very entertaining at times. Then I took a step back and looked at the bigger picture.

First off, Martin doesn't like when intelligent realists contribute to his feed.. nobody is allowed to outshine the master. There are a LOT of people who will jump off the Brooklyn bridge if Martin tells them to. Do you want to see the worst in humanity? Watch Martin offer a guy a few hundred bucks to do something self-demeaning or to 'roast' somebody else on the feed. Its amazing what some people would do for some petty cash (which I doubt is ever delivered). Intelligent people with street smarts are ignored in Martin's world... Martin wants dumb lemmings who will buy any nonsense that he sends their way. ok, fine - its his 'show', he can do whatever he wants...

Second, Martin targets certain mainstream (awful) music and media to attract teens and twenty somethings who are (sorry guys) a bit clueless when it comes to reality. If all you ever did was eat sh!t your whole life, you will swear that a steaming pile of sh!t is the greatest thing in the world because it's all you know. In case you haven't made the connection, I'm talking about performers who received offers from Martin to buy their lousy music. Martin had to move away from the Wu Tang crowd (i.e.: his age and up), because we're too old and we tend to be a little tougher to manipulate... Some of us can think on our own and that's not what you want when you are looking for devoted followers. You need obedient people who don't question you... So late teens and 20s it is. 30s and up are too old.

Third, Martin continues to defend himself for hiking the price of Daraprim, and sure, there are no laws against setting a market price for your products (case in point, a Versace bag costs $3500 or more), but what Martin's lemmings tend to overlook is that Daraprim is NOT the reason why Martin is under criminal indictment. Martin committed INVESTOR FRAUD. So many forget that in light of the Daraprim scandal. He's a scumbag, no different then Jordan Belfort (another clown worshiped by fools), Madoff, Cosmo, Ken Lay, etc etc.

Martin knows he's going to jail. He knows his days are numbered.. He's trying to make as big of a spectacle as possible and get as many feeble-minded idiots on his side prior to the day the cuffs go on and he's relocated to a federal penitentiary. I almost feel bad for him... almost.

It took me a few weeks to see through it all. You can say that my perception has changed just a bit.

Man you really give this a lot of thought. All I know if I were rich enough and the prison sentence looked long enough I wouldn't wait for the sentence...

Being a young rich good looking white guy in prison, the inmates are already salivating.
