CME seat prices are back to 2008 lows.
There's a few funds and fcm who just dumped their seats which are very illiquid to start with.
They a buy at these levels.

If FCMs are dumping seats, it is likely that they do not foresee seat prices going back up again.

CME going public was the deathknell for seat prices. It hanged the clubby world of the CME permanently because the CME interests are not aligned with the membership anymore.

That was true when seats where trading 50-75% higher.
    At 2008 prices ...different story.
