clicked on the message in online management(online, not in TWS)-message regarding CME data. ok, i did read it. how i suppose to close it? no such option! only delete or make inquiry
TWS 949.3. Noticed starting on March 4 that, in a chart, once I narrow a bar thickness (from 3 pixels to 1), I can no longer widen it again (the View->Bar Thickness->Increase Bar Width button is greyed out). Even if I close the chart and create a new one with the same time scale. But if I create a chart using another time scale, I'm back with a 3-pixel width... until I narrow the bar again, and then I can't widen it. From comparing the settings file before and after, it looks like under <ChartWindowConfig> there is a <BarInflateMap>. If I narrow the bar width in a 9hrs/1min chart, then <Entry key="5:9 hours" val="0"> gets added under <BarInflateMap>. val="0" seems to mean "user can't widen bars here"; the handful of other Entry elements there have either val="0" (for my typical 1day/1min chart) or val="1". If I change val="0" to val="1" and restore settings, the 3-pixel-wide bars reappear.
Back end issue - All the exchange-traded treasury intercommodity spreads (NOB, FOB, etc...) disappeared from TWS after the March futures expiration, can't pull up the front month (June)
tried to log in into demo today..got this- just curious wtf was that? along with my usual 12 years old question-where is all my settings for this account? they are gone! again!
and another one to Baron-this is exactly why i left..too many 'bugs' on top of TWS ones. i did attached 2 pictures and choose to display both of them as full image. only one displayed properly
Tws mosaic version 954.2a chart of zb z5 30 year bond futures on globex displays an invalid price when the crosshairs is selected. The scale goes 156 31/32 156 32/32 157 00 as you move the crosshairs up the screen. The 156 32/32 is a mistake it should go 156 31/32 157 00
Did you recently use the mobile app? That could have triggered the dual session thingy. Yeah my settings get randomly re-conjigerred from time to time, partially here and there, a little random WTF action
i rarely trade these days,but even executing couple passive trades a month is enough to expose those bugs in TWS. have no idea how you guys deal with it on daily basis..latest example. i'm not sure what is going on here at all. PNL shows profit,report-shows loss, trade is not displayed in TWS trade window,but clearly shows in account management..oh well..go figure..
