automatic quoting ETFs

i am looking for software to auto quote in ETFs on european exchanges, like Orc, Portware, TBricks/orc, RTS, Actant etc etc
Most of these packages are to expensive, budget on monthly subscription base is max USD 2500,= Could anybody inform me about a competitive software package.

you might be able to develop something on multicharts

 

How did you find this out? Experience? Looking at block trade volume?
