Good. They should have access to everything. They are the JP Morgan of the industry. Did they offer you a commission schedule that was comparable to the IBKR rates? Did you guarantee (formally or informally) a high number of transactions for them? Thanks for your reply.
They are far more expensive than IB (around 4 times) but I didnt guarantee any transaction number or amount on my account.
