73 cent Aussie?

  1. It's not a matter of shorting the Aussie - it's a matter of going long the USD. All currencies besides the Euro are tanking against the USD. USD index about to break 100.

I'm afraid I would have to disagree with you on that. When the other currencies are moving a little and the aussie is moving a lot, it's about the aussie. But yes I agree, there are two currencies in every trade.

man, what a bitch that was, after getting stopped out I'm now just a little bit more long at 7297, so, worse than where I started from

and now I'm short from 7271 and I started out the day short from 7341. That's what I say, "Never take a profit."

aw the heck with it, I'm flat....good riddence...I don't know about a 73 cent aussie and nobody else does either...and when they know it is too late.

but long term, that short aud.usd paid for a lot of mistakes, in spite of the outrageous accrued interest they charged me...just for being a gambler on the wrong side of the carry

aw the heck with it, I'm flat again. I made a small fortune riding this pair down, and now down here at 73 I am giving it all back. I don't know, if you can trade it down here you're a better man than me. I'm a seller at 7230 and a buyer at 7343, otherwise I'm flat.

no kidding, looks like at that aussie can stay at 73 longer than I can stay solvent. I have a stop on to go short at 7232 and one in to go long at 7343, and they are for minimum positions. I'm going to try to hang out flat in this range.

I'm long a full load at 7392, it's the only profitable position I have on at the moment (other than some long usd.cad, also a full load from 3069.)

so that makes me long aud.cad, I don't know what the average price is on the cross...too lazy to compute it..it doesn't matter, I trade all my pairs individually

I guess the aud.cad average is about 9728

my first stop on the aussie is 7396

my first stop on the cad is 3064

very hard to go long that Aussie today when it is already up over 100 pips on the day, but that's what I did
