DJ Euro Stoxx 50 futures - maximum practical size?

    Hi

    Could forum members who trade the DJ Euro Stoxx 50 futures contract on a discretionary basis possibly comment on the maximum intraday position size he/she is comfortable holding, given liquidity and other constraints (including, eg, the risk of being squeezed by the big boys)?

    It is, of course, assumed that the position size is well within one's risk parameters.

    Strange question, it totally depends on your account size. Its pretty much unlimited liquidity. Can trade as big as you like
     
  3. I wouldn't want to hold a position much bigger than the avg inside bid/offer and a few levels up at most but that's just me.

    Haha yeah but that's about 600 lots. Don't think that would be a concern of many people here
