I see that Title Trading has offices in Charlotte and Chicago. According to their website "As a principal trading firm, we do not have customers or investors; all of our traders trade firm capital." Does that mean that traders don't put up a risk deposit? How does it work at Title? If so wouldn't they need to register as a bd? If not then does finra or sec even have jurisdiction?
They probably are registered as a BD, but not necessarily under the name "title trading". Any news on this?
humm.....Title hold my $50K CC and $200K results. I'm in CA,and my lawyer can't help me get those money. If you has a solution please email me,kangdroo@163.com,thanks so much. for now we change a new BD,it's very flexible, only a little CC.But...in Hongkong.
Since 1st march still i didnt get pay. Unbelievable. Does someone get his money for any of last months?
Several of my friends have also been ripped off by Title Trading. The company owes them a considerable amount of money.
thx for your replies. Do you think that there is any way to go after them and get our money back or no chance?
I just created this account for this purpose. If we organize, we can maybe do something. Please write an email to titletraders@gmail.com and give as much information that you care to, but the most important is a means of contacting you (email address), where you're located (country) and the dollar amount you're owed. If there's a large enough $ owed, we might be able to get an attorney interested. Strength in numbers!
