I believe that the aging U.S. infrastructure is going to be needing some serious work in the near future. What are some investment ideas to take advantage of if this were to play out.

Here are a few that I found:

Summit Materials(SUM) - aggregate producer, smaller than their big brothers VMC and CX but certainly can hold their own as 2.5 billion company. A lot of their growth is coming from acquisitions, not internally.

InfraReit(HIFR) - Electrical infrastructure company that owns powerline systems and leases them. Interesting play because they have no exposure to what source of energy our electricity or commodity prices.

SBA Communications - Similar play to HIFR except they own and lease out cell phone/communication towers.

Terraform(TERP) - A play on renewable energy resources. Could be interesting as oil continues to slack and solar/wind remains strong. Not to mention they payout a dividend which is rare in this sector.

What are some other ideas that you have?
