Before I read on and look up some additional posts, I can see that the OP stated specifically a few things that should be noted when discussing the topic.

    1. The obvious is not so obvious to many.
    2. The trader needs to be aware of the obvious pre-requisite to trading any market.

    Interesting!

I picked the 50th post and came up with this. I can now see why some people were upset as it is doing my head in trying to guess the password. Did anyone guess this or crack it to save me the trouble?

It might give some insight into what the OP meant?

Hi Redneck I have been wondering what happened to NY... now I know! I have learnt a lot from this thread and every time I go back and browse through it I understand something I did not understand the previous time and for me this is a clear sign that i am progressing!

well, fortunately you have not been banned so I can read and learn from your posts!
    Thanks!

  7. Could be anything, really. Maybe it's some sort of study of the opening hour of each stock or something.

Is it the frequency of reversals within each hour in a trading day: Time = Money...?

    Probably. Sounds plauisble.
MInd you, since the OP never actually said 'what' the 'obvious' was etc etc, those stock charts might have nothing at all to do with what he was driving at at all.
    Everyone was just guessing.
Even those who think they know what he was saying in his poems and riddles probably don't.
